Scam, just called my elderly mother regarding renewing her appliance insurance then tried to wiggle out of it when I called them back.
This is a scam. Call you to say you owe money on an insurance you took out last year and try to frighten you into giving them money. We knew we hadn’t and told them so. They try to threaten you with court action. Don’t be taken in, it is a complete scam
An Alex Collins from Fixit Homecare called to say I need to pay £170+ today (or go to debt recovery) for insurance cover for appliances in my kitchen supposedly taken out in Jan 2018. Load of rubbish. He was very assertive.
